On One Foot
…brief tidbits about me and those I love
** I feel a bit stiff in my writing at the moment. It seems my Muse has run off to play with someone else for a while, leaving me empty of verse. But I haven’t been doing nothing…just hiding out a bit more than usual.
**My Wednesday Walkabouts have strengthened the white cane skills I gained in California, and provided me with additional problem solving strategies. So confident once more, I am applying for another canine teammate. Please keep those positive thoughts coming, dear readers!
**And yoga is back! With C training to become an actual Yoga instructor, how could I possibly remain on the sidelines? She needs someone to practice on, right? So let the pretzeling begin!
**Yes, it’s February, and officially winter. But with all this sunshine, the daffodils don’t believe it. They are pushing with all their hope and might to bloom long before the calendar declares it proper. That’s the way of Hope you know. It keeps nudging and nudging until finally we open ourselves to receive some measure of the wonder which is ever around us.
So take a deep breath, my Darlings, and open yourselves to something new. Or reclaim something you love, something which brings you joy, gives you energy, makes you gigle. And let’s join the daffodils in brightening the world with Hope!
Wishing you Sweetness always!

Your muse never ran away, and I see it in your wonderful reflection 🙂
And the lines, “That’s the way of Hope you know. It keeps nudging and nudging until finally we open ourselves to receive some measure of the wonder which is ever around us.”, is so serene and beautiful.
Enjoy the happy daffodils dear Joan.
Wishes your way 🙂
So sweet of you, Pari, thanks for shining your light into my world!
